With a broad portfolio of software products and services within the primary industry segments in which it operates.We are seeking a skilled and strategic EU Presales Manager to join our team in Athens, Greece.In this role, you will lead the EU tenders presales function, driving the development of tailored technical solutions and coordinating high-quality proposal submissions. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure solution alignment and client satisfaction.Responsibilities:Manage the full bid lifecycle, from opportunity identification to proposal submissionDevelop and manage bid plans, ensuring timely and compliant submissionsCollaborate with cross-functional departments (sales, technical, legal, finance) to collect, verify, and consolidate proposal contentDraft clear and persuasive executive summaries, technical proposals, and value-driven narrativesEstablish and maintain effective partnerships with consortium members, subcontractors, and external providersNegotiate partnership agreements, including roles, responsibilities, and contractual termsCoordinate input from technical, legal, finance, and sales teamsEnsure compliance with legal, regulatory, and eligibility requirementsMaintain and organize documentation for audit purposes, certifications, and qualification proceduresRequirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in EU tenders, with a strong track record in bid preparation, submission, and compliance with EU procurement standardsAcademic background in Applied Sciences, Engineering, or Business; postgraduate studies (MSc/Ph.D.) are considered an assetSolid understanding of EU policies and business development processes related to European funding opportunitiesStrong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams, foster collaboration, and communicate effectively across all levelsStrategic and solution-oriented mindset, combined with creativity, adaptability, and a high sense of responsibility and ownershipDemonstrated ability to build trusted relationships, lead consortium partnerships, and contribute to long-term business growth and impactWhat is there for youWe want our people to be well compensated, so we offer an attractive salary packageHealth is the most important asset, so we have you secured with a health insurance plan from day oneWe are excited for challenges, so you are invited to take part in exciting, innovative projects that make a differenceWe never stop learning and evolving We encourage our people to follow the pace by providing them voucher for Training Courses, so that they adapt new tech skills and develop their soft skillsMost important, we work as a team, so we gather on a smaller and bigger occasions to celebrate good times together Happy Fridays, bowling sessions, running events and everything that help us have fun and enjoy working to our teamThis is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to join a growing organization and make a positive impact on our business.
