Description

We are looking for a skilled Presales Architect to join our team and play a crucial role in developing high-quality technical proposals, RFPs, RFIs, and related documentation. In this role, you will collaborate with sales, presales, and technical teams to create well-structured content that effectively communicates our solutions to potential clients. You will also ensure consistency, compliance, and alignment with industry best practices while maintaining a library of reusable content.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, write, and edit responses for RFPs, RFIs, and proposals
• Ensure alignment of technical content with client requirements and company capabilities
• Collaborate with presales, sales, and technical teams to gather relevant information
• Develop high-quality technical documents, datasheets and case studies.
• Maintain a library of reusable content for future use
• Ensure consistency in messaging, formatting, and branding across all documents
• Work closely with sales, presales engineers, and product teams to understand offerings and solutions
• Support the development of presentations and marketing collateral with technical accuracy
• Provide input on content strategy and best practices for documentation
• Continuously refine and improve proposal and documentation processes
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory or client-specific requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, communications, engineering, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in technical writing, proposal writing, or presales documentation
• Strong understanding of technical concepts, IT solutions, software, or enterprise technologies
• Experience with RFP/RFI responses, proposal writing, and technical documentation best practices
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with attention to detail
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and documentation tools
• Familiarity with content management systems, proposal automation tools, or CRM platforms is a plus
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
