NTT Data Greece team is looking for an IT Presales & Bid Consultant in Athens to work with our clients in the European public sector.
As an IT Presales & Bid Consultant, you will support the preparation of high-quality technical proposals for European Institutions and other public International Organisations. This role involves close collaboration with technical experts and pre-sales teams to translate complex IT solutions into clear, structured, and compelling documentation.
Your role:
- Develop comprehensive technical answers and clarifications during EU tender processes.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and solution teams to design scalable, secure, and high-performance IT solutions.
- Define governance and operational models, including roles, responsibilities, and service functions.
- Establish high-level IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and practices in line with ITIL standards.
- Define quality management frameworks for IT projects and services.
- Describe step-by-step methodologies (e.g., development lifecycle) and processes to achieve specific project objectives.
- Work with internal technical experts to translate solutions into complete and compliant tender responses.
- Participate in workshops with technical stakeholders to build consensus and ensure alignment across proposal components.
- Review and provide constructive feedback on technical documents prepared by other contributors.
- Present and explain owned documentation during internal peer reviews.
- Draft, update, and maintain internal IT documentation.
- Mentor and support junior or less experienced team members as needed.

Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience writing technical proposals and 6 years of experience in the IT projects and/or services management field.
- Fluent English (at least, C1 level) and excellent writing and communication skills.
- Ability to translate client requirements into clear, concise, and technically accurate documentation, particularly in the context of project and service management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Attention to detail and a structured approach to documentation.
- Good command on M365, including MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Teams, etc.
Nice to have:
- IT-related certifications regarding management best practices (e.g. ITIL Foundation, Scrum Master).
- Knowledge regarding Project Management methodologies/best practices both for Agile and Waterfall (e.g., Scrum, ITIL, DevOps, PRINCE2, PM2, etc.)
- Experience as Team/Project/Service Leader or Delivery/Service/Operations/Project Manager, Operations Manager.
