L'Opportunité (1 Poste Ouvert): Vous serez la voix de la marque auprès des clients B2C (Business-to-Consumer) qui ont besoin d'aide pour leurs achats en ligne, le suivi des commandes, les retours, ou l'utilisation de produits. Le poste exige un haut niveau d'empathie, de patience et de compétences en résolution de problèmes. Ce Que Vous Ferez: Assistance Multicanal: Fournir un support exceptionnel via téléphone, e-mail et chat pour toutes les questions relatives à l'e-commerce et aux produits (appareils photo, imprimantes, etc.).Gestion des Commandes: Aider les clients avec la navigation sur le site, le placement de commandes, les modifications de livraison, la vérification des stocks et le traitement des remboursements/échanges.Résolution des Litiges: Gérer et résoudre les problèmes de livraison, les plaintes liées aux produits et les litiges de facturation de manière professionnelle et efficace.Documentation: Enregistrer avec précision toutes les interactions et les solutions dans le système de gestion de la relation client (CRM) et contribuer à la base de connaissances interne.Expertise Produit: Développer une connaissance approfondie des gammes de produits et des politiques de vente pour fournir des conseils précis et des solutions rapides.
