Are you a highly motivated service professional who speaks fluent Norwegian and is ready for a full work-from-home opportunity? We are hiring one dedicated Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join the team supporting a rapidly expanding global food delivery and e-commerce platform.

The Opportunity (1 Position Open): You will be the primary point of contact for customers in the Norwegian market, managing inquiries related to order placement, delivery issues, payment discrepancies, and general account management. This role requires empathy, efficiency, and the ability to resolve issues quickly under high volume. The role includes comprehensive remote training.

What You Will Do:

  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional support via phone, email, and chat for all customer inquiries related to the platform and delivery process.
  • Order Management: Manage and resolve issues related to food or grocery orders, including modifications, cancellations, and status updates.
  • Payment & Refund Processing: Accurately handle payment issues, process refunds, and explain billing procedures.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collect customer feedback and contribute insights to improve the overall platform experience and service quality.
  • Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions within the ticketing system.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Language Fluency: Native or near-native proficiency in Norwegian (C2) is essential, and professional working proficiency in English (B2 minimum) for internal communication.
  • Experience: Proven experience (6+ months) in a high-volume customer service or call center environment. E-commerce or food service experience is a plus.
  • Remote Discipline: Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain focus in a remote environment.
  • Technical Familiarity: Comfortable navigating multiple software systems and applications simultaneously while interacting with the customer.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, demonstrating strong cultural sensitivity and a patient demeanor.

  • Ordrehåndtering: Håndtere og løse problemer knyttet til mat- eller dagligvarebestillinger, inkludert endringer, kanselleringer og statusoppdateringer.
  • Betaling og Refusjonsbehandling: Håndtere betalingsproblemer nøyaktig, behandle refusjoner og forklare faktureringsprosedyrer.
  • Kontinuerlig Forbedring: Samle tilbakemeldinger fra kunder og bidra med innsikt for å forbedre den totale plattformopplevelsen og servicekvaliteten.
  • Dokumentasjon: Dokumentere nøyaktig alle kundeinteraksjoner og løsninger i billettsystemet.

Hva Du Trenger For Å Lykkes:

  • Språkflyt: Nativ eller nær-nativ ferdighet i Norsk (C2) er avgjørende, og profesjonell arbeidskompetanse i Engelsk (B2 minimum) for intern kommunikasjon.
  • Erfaring: Dokumentert erfaring (6+ måneder) i et kundeservice- eller callsenter-miljø med høyt volum. Erfaring med e-handel eller matservice er et pluss.
  • Fjernarbeidsdisiplin: Dokumentert evne til å jobbe selvstendig, administrere tid effektivt og opprettholde fokus i et fjernt miljø.
  • Teknisk Kjennskap: Komfortabel med å navigere i flere programvaresystemer og applikasjoner samtidig mens du samhandler med kunden.
  • Myke Ferdigheter: Utmerket muntlig og skriftlig kommunikasjon, som demonstrerer sterk kulturell sensitivitet og et tålmodig vesen.
