Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide high-quality customer service in Czech by assisting clients with inquiries related to luxury goods, including product details, orders, and services.
  2. Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring a memorable experience that reflects the brand's values.
  3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  4. Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to address complex inquiries and enhance the overall customer experience.
  5. Maintain knowledge of the latest products and trends within the luxury goods sector to effectively inform and assist clients.
  6. Engage in proactive communication with customers to exceed their expectations and build lasting relationships.
  7. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and product knowledge continuously.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Czech and excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, especially within the luxury goods or retail sector.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a commitment to prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with a diverse customer base.
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism and composure.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for accurately managing customer inquiries.
  • A genuine interest in luxury goods and fashion is a plus; however, comprehensive training will be provided.
