About the Role

As a valued member of our team, you will provide exceptional support to Icelandic-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience with our clients' products and services.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing top-notch customer service to Icelandic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshooting customer inquiries and assisting with product-related questions.
  • Accurately documenting all customer interactions and maintaining detailed records.
  • Identifying customer needs and suggesting appropriate solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Collaborating with team members to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Staying updated on company products, services, and promotions to provide relevant information to customers.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in Icelandic and strong English language skills (both written and spoken).
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools.
  • A genuine passion for helping customers and resolving their concerns.
  • Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, with relocation expenses covered.
