We are seeking an Italian-Speaking Customer Advisor to join our vibrant team in Athens, Greece. This role will involve providing high-quality support to Italian-speaking users across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
2. Provide accurate information and support to resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests in a timely manner.
3. Engage with customers in a professional and empathetic manner, demonstrating genuine care and understanding for their needs.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
5. Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and customer sentiment, and provide insights to improve products and services.
6. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.

Requirements:
- Fluent in Italian (native or C1/C2 level) and proficient in English.
- Prior experience in customer support or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build rapport with customers.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs and concerns.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a high degree of adaptability and resilience.
- Willingness to work on-site in Athens and be part of a multicultural team.
