We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative for Gaming and E-Sports. This role will involve providing exceptional support to Hebrew-speaking gamers, assisting them with inquiries and issues related to gaming products, services, and events.
Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective customer support via various communication platforms.
- Assist customers with product and service-related inquiries.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve service goals and improve customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with gaming trends and enhance knowledge.
- Fluency in Hebrew (written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong passion for gaming and e-sports.
- Prior experience in customer support is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
