**Job Title:** Front Office Agent

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front Office Agent to join our team at Life Gallery Athens, located in Ekali, Attica.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming hotel guests, providing prompt and courteous service, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome hotel guests and provide personalized service from arrival to departure.
  • Conduct room and hotel familiarization sessions and assist guests with enquiries and requests.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of hotel information and local services.
  • Process accounts from check-in to check-out, ensuring accurate postings using the Front Office system.
  • Maintain guest confidentiality and ensure no details are disclosed.
  • Sell rooms to walk-in guests and oversee the achievement of upselling targets.
  • Demonstrate a complete understanding of hotel policies, operating procedures, and service standards.
  • Prepare customer accounts and guest histories.
  • Assist in handling customer complaints and provide solutions quickly.
  • Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Front Office Agent in a 5-star/Boutique hotel.
  • Knowledge of Protel PMS.
  • Excellent knowledge and use of the English Language.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Prioritize, organize, and perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
  • Understand guest service needs.
  • Friendly and hospitality-focused.
  • Team player.
  • Digital savvy.
