Position Summary

The Warehouse Supervisor ensures proper stock levels, quality and timely supply to Hotel departments. This role defines the general duties of warehouse operations including inventory management, order execution and departmental supplies.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain PAR level stock for Food, Beverage & Disposables codes.
  • Organize storage areas, ensuring proper inventory levels and stock rotation.
  • Place orders according to Supplier's delivery plan and Departments' needs.
  • Issue supplies and materials as requested, maintaining accurate records.
  • Supervise warehouse associates and daily activities.
  • Manage, evaluate and report on warehouse productivity.
  • Track receipts, storage and timely delivery of goods and materials.
  • Verify accuracy of orders, invoices, items received, inventory and deliveries.
  • Update warehouse management software with daily transactions and monitor data accuracy.
  • Maintain detailed records of stock movements.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards.
  • Communicate with other departments and suppliers.
Requirements
  • Three or more years of experience in a similar role in the Hotel Industry.
  • Good knowledge of English language.
  • Technical skills and proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Administrative and personnel management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Time management and delegation skills.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem solving and employee workflow optimization skills.
