Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Housekeeping Manager to lead our hotel's housekeeping department.

  • Coordinate all departmental functions, ensuring attentive courteous and efficient service while maintaining budgeted payroll and overhead costs.

About the role:

  1. Directs, implements, and maintains a service philosophy that guides the team towards excellence.
  2. Leads and inspires the in-property HK team to deliver consistent service quality.
  3. Accountable for short- and long-term planning and management of the hotel's HK Department.
  4. Develops and recommends budgets, labour cost plans, and objectives, managing within approved plans.
  5. Counsels team members to reflect SOPs, service standards, and procedures.

Requirements

  • Experience in the luxury hospitality industry is essential.
  • Leadership skills to motivate and develop the department, ensuring accomplishment of goals.
  • Able to set priorities, plan, organize, delegate, and control.
