**Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Coordinator Role**

We are seeking a skilled ERP systems project coordinator to join our IT team. The role will be responsible for coordinating and managing projects with a focus on optimizing ERP systems and improving business processes.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for project management and a strong understanding of software solutions, ensuring successful project delivery and alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful implementation of software solutions.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and take proactive measures to mitigate risks and ensure project objectives are met.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and next steps.
  • Ensure all project documentation is accurately maintained and up-to-date.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between project team members, fostering a cohesive and productive working environment.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in project coordination or project management, with a strong focus on enterprise software implementations.
  • Experience in design, deployment, and support of enterprise software applications.
  • Experience in Microsoft Azure services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, and Azure Data Lake.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI development, including report creation and data visualization.
  • Experience in managing project schedules, resources, and budgets.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
