Technical Project Manager Job

This role requires a strategic and technical individual to manage projects related to our apps and website. The successful candidate will have experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage new and ongoing projects in collaboration with external partners.
  • Maintain relationships with technology providers for smooth integration and functionality.
  • Develop project plans aligned with company processes to support cross-departmental goals.
  • Coordinate internal resources and external partners towards project delivery.
  • Ensure Quality Assurance standards are met through defined test cases and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Manage change effectively, including scope, schedule, and cost adjustments.
  • Perform risk management by proactively identifying and escalating issues.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in technical project management or digital product management.
  • 3–5 years of total professional experience in digital, technical, or software-related environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a similar field.
  • In-depth understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluency in Greek and English (C2 level).
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Knowledge in PHP, SQL, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and NodeJS is a plus.
