Senior Project Manager Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Manager to lead and supervise major construction and infrastructure projects, overseeing all phases of development—from design and tendering to contract management and on-site execution.

The successful candidate will have strong project management background with the ability to handle multiple teams and tasks simultaneously, excellent scheduling and time management skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD and technical drawing interpretation.

They will also possess advanced written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English, as well as strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the full project lifecycle: planning, permitting, design coordination, procurement, construction, and closure.
  • Coordinate tendering processes and contract negotiations.
  • Ensure compliance with Greek building legislation, codes, and permit requirements.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and risk assessments.
  • Negotiate terms and resolve issues with teams, suppliers, and authorities.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (Master's degree is a plus).
  • 10+ years of professional experience in project management within the construction or infrastructure sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of Greek construction legislation, permitting, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple teams and tasks simultaneously.
