Architect Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary Architect to join our technical team and contribute to the development of high-end resort projects across Greece.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual with strong design sensibility and attention to detail to be involved in the design coordination, review, and technical oversight of resort developments. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as proficiency in relevant software tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the design development and detailing of resort projects
  • Coordinate with external architects, consultants, and contractors
  • Review and assess architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents
  • Conduct site visits and provide feedback during the construction phase
  • Assist with permitting processes and regulatory compliance
Requirements:
  • Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution
  • 10+ years of relevant experience (hospitality/resort experience is a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of local building codes and permitting procedures in Greece
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, Adobe Suite, and MS Office
