Resort Development Engineer

Ella Resorts is a unique collection of luxury eco-chic resorts in the Mediterranean region, consisting of 5 seaside lifestyle properties in Rhodes, Corfu, and Crete.

This role involves technical expertise in delivering high-end resort developments across Greek islands, requiring collaboration with engineering consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing designs for new resort developments.
  • Review technical documents, drawings, and specifications for adherence to contractual and regulatory standards.
  • Provide on-site technical support for construction supervision and monitor site progress to ensure works meet requirements.
  • Engage with local authorities to facilitate permitting and compliance processes.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in hospitality or complex developments, preferably in Greece.
  • Familiarity with Greek building codes, energy regulations, and permitting workflows.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM software (e.g., Revit), and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple interfaces.
  • Fluent in Greek and English.
  • Flexible and willing to travel regularly to island-based sites.
