Guest Services Coordinator

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and promoting hotel amenities to guests.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through prompt and efficient service
- Provide accurate information and answer guest inquiries in a timely manner
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Previous experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent or similar role
- Degree in Hospitality or Travel & Tourism
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
