Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in providing exceptional service to our guests.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of services to ensure that our guests enjoy their time with us and receive a high-quality service experience.

  • Greeting and interacting with guests, presenting menus and taking drink and food orders.
  • Communicating with the kitchen department and delivering food and beverage to guests in accordance with set standards.
  • Ensuring prompt and friendly service while maintaining health code standards for food handling.
  • Processing cash and credit card payments.
  • Maintaining table cleanliness and assisting in keeping the restaurant clean and safe.
  • Remaining attentive to guests' needs and providing an above-and-beyond experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous solid serving experience in hospitality.
  • Positive outlook and outgoing customer service-oriented personality.
  • Exceptional conversational, interpersonal and complaint-handling skills.
  • Fluency in English. Knowledge of additional languages considered a plus.
