As a key member of the hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring that every guest leaves feeling satisfied.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure. You should also have a strong passion for delivering outstanding levels of customer service.

  • Assist guests by offering answers to questions about the facility
  • Handle and carry luggage for arriving and departing guests
  • Support front desk staff with administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with the guest services department to set up events and update signs
  • Work collaboratively with other employees to achieve team goals
  • Ensure guest safety during emergency situations

Requirements:

  • 2+ years working experience in a similar role in 5-star hotels
  • Degree/Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism or related field (desired)
  • Excellent knowledge of English language
  • Second language (French, German, Russian or Italian) a plus
