The Guest Services Manager role is a pivotal position within our organization, requiring an individual with exceptional leadership and communication skills. This supervisor oversees all property operations, ensuring the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided.

Responsibilities include representing management in resolving guest-related situations, supervising employees, and managing day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will possess excellent knowledge of English language, as well as proficiency in another language such as French, German, Russian, or Italian.

  • Three or more years working experience in a similar role in the luxury hospitality sector (5* Hotels)
  • Degree / Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism
  • Excellent knowledge of English language
  • A second language (French, German, Russian, or Italian) will be considered as a plus
