Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality in-village services and private client services
  • Oversee the daily operation of the Guest Service Centre, ensuring seamless delivery of world-class guest experiences
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving issues efficiently

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Three or more years of experience in a similar role at a 5-star hotel
  • A degree or diploma in Tourism
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
  • A second language (French, German, Russian, or Italian) is an asset
