The Front Office Coordinator role offers a unique opportunity to provide exceptional guest service and support the smooth operation of our resort.

As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries and problem resolution.

Key responsibilities include welcoming guests, coordinating front-desk activities, and representing the resort to guests throughout their stay.

Scope of Work
  • Supports the delivery of exceptional guest experiences and satisfaction
  • Works collaboratively as part of a team to maximize guest comfort and deliver a positive response to guest enquiries and problem resolution
  • Takes responsibility for duties and tasks assigned to the role, ensuring timely and professional execution
  • Delivers on departmental plans and objectives to meet hotel targets
  • Builds and maintains effective working relationships whilst promoting the company's culture and values

Requirements
  • Three or more years' experience in a similar role in the luxury hospitality sector (5* Hotels)
  • Degree/Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism
  • Excellent knowledge of English language
  • A second language (French, German, Russian, or Italian) considered an asset
