
Front Office Support Specialist

The Night Auditor plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front office department during evening hours. This position involves welcoming guests, directing correspondence and phone calls, and representing the resort during night shift.
">Key Responsibilities:">
- Supports the efficient running of the front office department to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Works collaboratively with colleagues to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort, responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Assumes responsibility for assigned tasks, completing work in a timely and professional manner.
- Contributes to achieving hotel targets by delivering on departmental plans and objectives.
- Maintains effective working relationships while promoting the company's culture and values.
Requirements:
- Three or more years' experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality sector (5* hotels).
- Degree/Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism.
- Excellent knowledge of English and Greek language.
- Knowledge of French, German, Russian, or Italian language is considered an asset.
