Responsibilities

  • Contact existing customers with the aim of maintaining and growing their partnership.
  • Understand customers' needs and propose tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring exceptional customer experience.
  • Participate in customer retention and loyalty initiatives, driving long-term business growth.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or higher education (University/College/Technical Institute).
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems and applications.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential.
  • Reliability, professionalism, and strong teamwork skills.
