ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of a digital real estate platform, is seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Operational Support Specialist. The successful candidate will play a vital role in coordinating customer service requests and ensuring the efficient delivery of services.

As an Operational Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  1. Coordinating activities based on platform policies and guidelines, ensuring alignment with customer needs and priorities.
  2. Monitoring SLAs for each activity and escalating any deviations or delays to relevant stakeholders for timely resolution.
  3. Reviewing the final product of each activity before sharing it with Relationship Managers and customers, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met.
  4. FOLLOWING UP ON PLANNING, PROGRESS, AND RESULTS, PROVIDING REGULAR UPDATES TO RELATIONSHIP MANAGERS AND CUSTOMERS AS NEEDED.
  5. Representing customers when required, ensuring their interests are protected and negotiating on their behalf if necessary.
  6. Taking responsibility for property preparation before publication onto the platform, ensuring accurate and attractive listings that meet customer expectations.
  7. Maintaining accurate records of all activities in the CRM system.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in back-office support or administrative roles, preferably in real estate or financial services.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation.
  • Knowledge of e-auction processes and property management is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
