Job Title: Junior Performance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Junior Performance Marketing Specialist. This role will be responsible for leading the development and execution of performance marketing campaigns across various channels.

  • Lead the development and execution of performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Display Programmatic.
  • Oversee the entire digital acquisition customer journey, from initial advertisement to landing page.
  • Optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and conversion rates to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or economics or communication.
  • A master's degree would be an asset.
  • 1-2 years of prior work experience in performance marketing, with a strong understanding of digital media campaigns and platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw meaningful insights.
  • Experience in using data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Excel.
