Digital Transformation Specialist

As a skilled IT professional, you will provide technical support for enterprise applications to end customers. Your daily responsibilities will include servicing and provision of advisory services according to customer needs.
You will also manage requests/proposals for customer improvement regarding the usage and evolution of the applications.
We are looking for someone with a strong background in computer science, information technology, economics or a related field. Experience with databases (Microsoft SQL Server) is highly desirable. Familiarity with software development is considered an asset.
Key skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics or a related field
- Knowledge of Databases (Microsoft SQL Server)
- Familiarity with software development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
