The newly formed organization boasts over 1,500 employees and an extensive network of 700+ specialized partners. This entity serves a growing customer base of 90,000+ businesses across four countries – Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria, and Romania.

With expertise in high specialization and continuous investment in innovation, the organization offers a comprehensive portfolio of digital solutions ranging from ERP, CRM, HCM, and Accounting to Digital Commerce platforms, E-Invoicing services, solutions for freelancers and small businesses, ESG Reporting, E-Procurement, and industry-specific applications for retail, hospitality, and other sectors.

These solutions provide high added value to businesses, actively supporting their digital transformation across all processes.

As an ERP Implementation Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to participate in multiple ERP projects throughout the implementation life cycle, including design, mapping, testing, and go-live support.

You will meet business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define customer requirements about business processes. Additionally, you will create technical solutions designs and implement software according to business requirements.

Key aspects of your role include:

  • Meeting business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze and define customer's requirements about business processes
  • Creating technical solutions design and implementing software according to business requirements
  • Providing feedback on developing new functionalities and improving existing, according to customers' needs
  • Providing training to achieve user smooth introduction to the new functionalities and software environment
  • Working closely with project team to prioritize customers' needs and proactively identify and resolve problems

To excel in this role, you will need the following qualifications and competencies:

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics or in relevant field
  • Knowledge of Databases (Microsoft SQL Server)
  • Hands-on experience with ERP, CRM or other software is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
