We are looking for a Retail Software Implementation Consultant to join our team.

Your key contributions to the success of the team

• Communicate with clients to assess and define business requirements.

• Install and configure retail software on client systems.

• Set up and integrate peripheral devices including barcode scanners and receipt printers

• Provide training to achieve user introduction to the new functionalities and software environment

• Perform on-site visits to retail locations for system installations and troubleshooting.

• Compose clear technical documentation, including user manuals and operating instructions, to assist both end-users and internal teams

• Develop a solid understanding of the retail industry and customer operations.

You must possess:

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science or a related field.

• Experience in retail software installation and system configuration.

• Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage client relationships effectively.
