We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Employment Solutions Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent to meet our clients' needs.

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in high volume recruitment, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or HR, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. They must also be fluent in both written and verbal English and possess strong communication skills.

About the Role

• Recruit candidates and build a talent pipeline through various channels
• Interview and assess candidates' qualifications
• Establish and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
• Present qualified candidates to clients and arrange interviews

Requirements
