Job Description:

The primary role of a Business Growth Specialist is to cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

  • Manage customer interactions from initial contact through to the final transaction.
  • Generate leads and establish rapport with potential customers to increase sales revenue.
  • Analyze target markets and develop strategies for generating new sales opportunities.
  • Educate consumers on product features, handle payments, and facilitate seamless transactions.
  • B uild trust with clients by understanding their goals and aspirations.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to find innovative solutions for clients.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities while consistently meeting and surpassing sales targets.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasting future sales goals and objectives.
