Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional technical support to Slovakian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with engineering and development teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical problems in the CRM system.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance your product knowledge and support skills.
- Gather customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements in support processes.
- Assist in mentoring and onboarding new team members as required.
- Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot effectively.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
- Prior experience in technical support or IT is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to learn new technologies and processes quickly.
- A team player with a passion for helping others.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural environment.
- A competitive total salary of approximately €1850 per month.
