You will provide outstanding technical support to Icelandic-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to innovative technology products and services.
Responsibilities include delivering exceptional technical assistance via various communication channels, diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently, collaborating with engineering teams, documenting customer interactions accurately, participating in ongoing training, and providing insightful feedback.
- Deliver exceptional technical assistance to Icelandic-speaking customers.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to company's products and services.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and address complex technical concerns.
- Document customer interactions and technical issues accurately in CRM system.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and support skills.
- Provide insightful feedback to improve support processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
To succeed in this position, you should possess:
- Fluency in Icelandic and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Prior experience in technical support or IT is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Ability to learn new technologies and processes quickly.
- A collaborative mindset with a genuine passion for helping others.
