Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support via phone, email and chat channels
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
- Native-level or C2 level in Danish language
- At least B2 level in English language
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Flexibility to work night shifts/ weekend shifts (if applicable)
