Technical Support Expert

We are seeking a skilled Technical Customer Agent to provide exceptional technical support to our Nordic-speaking clients. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Offer high-quality technical support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for future reference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex issues that require escalation.
- Enhance your skill set through ongoing training and product knowledge development.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to contribute to service enhancements.
- Support team onboarding and training by sharing expertise and insights.
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, or Finnish) and English, both verbal and written.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
- Previous experience in customer service or a technical support role is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
