  • Handle client complaints and feedback in a timely and professional manner, focusing on resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide clients with accurate information regarding travel policies and offerings, enhancing their overall experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, deals, and company promotions to offer the most effective assistance to clients.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all client interactions, enabling data-driven decision-making and improved service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles, preferably within the travel or tourism industry, is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results that meet client needs.
  • Familiarity with online booking systems and customer service software is advantageous.
  • Attention to detail, with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
