Job Overview

  • Handle incoming phone calls, messages and emails from website users
  • Manage reservations, special requests and complaints and find solutions to website users' inquiries

  • Modify reservations based on client needs
  • Process payments and travel cancellations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent writing & verbal communication skills in Danish
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Attention to detail
  • Good technical troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle unexpected changes
  • Experience in e-commerce will be appreciated
