
Online Casino Customer Retention Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated CRM specialist to join our team. As a CRM specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand the customer base, increase sales and traffic, and utilize CRM, Loyalty, and Credit programs.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Casino CRM Manager to monitor the performance of providers and address any outstanding tasks. You will also be responsible for managing the creation of annual and seasonal plans to support program and business objectives.
You will design and implement a customer contact strategy to ensure timely and accurate delivery of marketing strategies for achieving business goals. Additionally, you will assess customer satisfaction levels and take corrective actions when necessary.
Segmenting the player base based on casino activity criteria to optimize retention outcomes is another key responsibility. You will establish and implement best practices for database marketing processes, including measurement, evaluation, data capture, maintenance, and customer/prospect list selection, and communicate program results.
You will report on the quality of products and services offered. Approving all communications targeting casino players is also an essential part of the role.
Analyzing competitor approaches to attract players and working on maximizing results is another key aspect of this position. Taking ownership of end-to-end campaign planning, including idea generation, briefing, resource allocation, analysis, reporting, and optimization, ensuring adherence to budget and deadlines is also required.
Evaluating ongoing campaigns to improve efficiency and return on investment (ROI) is also an important task in this role. Performing daily operational tasks related to the casino and live casino, prioritizing timely completion is also required.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration from an accredited University
- Fluency in Portuguese and English or Portuguese and Greek
- Adaptability and a good understanding of online gaming products and knowledge of the industry
- Results-driven self-starter with good communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining excellent attention to detail
- Data-driven background with experience in reporting
