As a Danish-speaking E-commerce Support Specialist, you'll assist customers throughout their online shopping journey solving problems, answering questions, and making their experience smooth and satisfying.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries on orders, deliveries, returns, and payments.">
  • Securely handle sensitive data and follow internal escalation procedures.">
  • Communicate professionally through email, phone, and chat.">
  • Collaborate with carriers and internal departments.">

Requirements:

  • Fluent Danish and English language skills (written and spoken).

  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.">
  • Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.">
  • Willingness to work on rotating shifts.">
  • Already in Portugal or open to relocating from this role.">
  • EU member state passport or a valid residence card for Portugal.">
