Η εταιρεία μας αναζητά έναν Offices Administrator για να υποστηρίξει την ημερήσια λειτουργία της.

Το ρόλο αφορά την εξειδικευμένη(graphicocrácia) και την διαχείριση στη διοίκηση.

Γραφειοκρατία και Διοίκηση:
- Ημερήσιος έλεγχος των πωλήσεων και επεξεργασία των αντίστοιχων αναφορών
- Ημερήσια αναφορά αποτελεσμάτων στη διοίκηση
- Πλήρης γραμματειακή υποστήριξη στη διοίκηση

Recruiting:
- Έρευνα αγοράς εργασίας και ανταγωνισμού
- Σύνταξη και δημοσίευση αγγελιών
- Προσέλκυση και επιλογή υποψηφίων για συνέντευξη

Προφίλ Υποψηφίου:
- Απόφοιτοι Σχολών Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων/Marketing
- Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών
- Πολύ καλή χρήση του Microsoft Office
- Οργανωτικές Ικανότητες
- Επικοινωνιακές Ικανότητες
- Προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση θα εκτιμηθεί
