Italian Language Customer Service Representative

This position offers a unique opportunity to utilize your Italian language skills in a customer-facing role. As the primary point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to our products.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Fluency in Italian is required, with very good English language skills also preferred.
In addition to providing top-notch customer service, this role will also involve responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and turning every interaction into a positive experience.
