Customer Service Representative for Car Sharing Services

Our team provides customer service to Spanish-speaking customers who need help or have inquiries about finding or reserving a ride, starting or ending a car rental, or managing their account and balance.
Responsibilities:Respond to customers' inquiries via email, chat, and phone. Work effectively as part of a team, developing effective and supportive relationships with colleagues and management. Be positive and proactive and have a desire for applying continuous improvement processes. Provide and maintain a strong, professional relationship with all customers and always show empathy.
Requirements:Excellent Spanish communication skills. Good command of English. Great communication and soft skills. Good computer skills. Experience in customer service will be appreciated. Positive attitude and team spirit.
