About the Role:
- As a primary point of contact for customer requests, you will be responsible for delivering a seamless customer experience through phone calls, e-mails, and chats.
- You will respond to inquiries about products and services, offering expert advice on a range of car-related matters.
- Resolving issues as they arise - addressing customers' concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Providing accurate and effective roadside assistance.
A New Colleague
- Familiarity with Finnish language and culture.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
- A profound passion for cars is highly desirable.
- Work experience in a customer-facing role, preferably with at least 6 months of tenure.
- Tech savviness and ability to learn new tools quickly.
- A positive and adventurous attitude.
