Job DescriptionThis role is designed for enthusiastic customer service professionals with an interest in the automotive leasing and financing industry.
- Provide exceptional customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients regarding car leasing and financing options through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to leasing agreements, payment options, and financing terms.
- Effectively handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on outstanding inquiries promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and enhance service delivery.
- Educate customers on product offerings, policies, and the leasing process.
- Gather customer feedback to inform service improvements and enhance the overall customer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the automotive, finance, or leasing sector.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and standard office applications.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required.
