Job Description- Deliver high-quality technical assistance to Danish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and technical issues effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and technical problems in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and improve your support capabilities.
- Provide feedback to the team to improve processes and elevate customer satisfaction.
- Assist with onboarding and training new team members as needed.
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in technical support or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- A quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and processes.
- A collaborative mindset with a passion for helping others.
- Willingness to work in Athens and immerse yourself in a new cultural experience.
