Business Analyst Opportunity

Quality consultants are seeking a skilled Business Analyst for a long-term freelance partnership. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with clients to identify business needs and develop innovative solutions that drive productivity.

Key responsibilities of the Business Analyst role include:

  • Supporting project managers in client meetings and ensuring effective communication of project goals.
  • Designing and executing user acceptance tests (UATs) in both internal and client environments.
  • Developing online help tools, user manuals, and training materials for users and administrators.
  • Conducting user and administrator training sessions and providing ongoing support during production and warranty phases.
  • Collaborating with IT teams to ensure successful implementation and supporting users throughout the solution lifecycle.
  • Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and processes.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and technology enhancements through collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Facilitating meetings and workshops to elicit requirements and discuss project progress.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field.
  • At least three years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques and tools, as well as process mapping methodologies.
