They are currently on the lookout for a motivated Business Analyst to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career professional who is eager to take on a pivotal role in understanding business requirements, supporting solution design, and contributing to the delivery of impactful technology solutions.

Mission:

As a Business Analyst, your mission will be to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions by deeply understanding customer requirements, translating them into clear, actionable specifications, and supporting the development team in delivering high-impact IoT solutions. You will play a key role in ensuring that every project aligns with the organization's vision of driving digital transformation and sustainability through innovation. Your ability to analyze, communicate, and collaborate will directly contribute to the success of our products and the value they create for their clients.

You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the end-to-end process of gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements.
  • Creating clear and structured documentation: user stories, use cases, wireframes, and process flows.
  • Collaborating with development teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Participating in validation and testing processes to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyzing data to uncover trends and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Working closely with senior analysts and project managers to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Keeping documentation updated throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Up to 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of process modeling, data analysis, and Agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or other data analysis tools.
  • Exposure to software development lifecycle (SDLC).
