Reservation Agent Role Summary

This is a key role within our hospitality team, responsible for handling incoming reservations calls and emails. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, accurately enter guest details into the reservation system, and respond to guest inquiries regarding room availability, rates, amenities, and promotions.

  • The Reservation Agent will be responsible for assisting guests with modifications or cancellations to existing reservations, coordinating with other departments to ensure that guest requests and special arrangements are properly communicated and implemented, and processing payment transactions and ensuring accuracy in billing and financial documentation.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to provide personalized recommendations to guests. They will also handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism and high levels of empathy, working towards a satisfactory resolution.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field (preferred), as well as at least 2 years' experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek; additional languages are a plus.
