Japanese-Speaking Customer Experience Specialist for Cloud Services

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cloud Workspace Support Professional to join our team. This is a great opportunity to work with a leading software brand, providing top-notch customer experience to clients around the world.
This role involves handling tickets, following support procedures and policies, communicating with customers via email, and tracking cases to ensure they are closed in an efficient and timely manner. You will also have the opportunity to work towards reaching targets as set out by client statements of work, as well as internal targets.
This position requires strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to understand complex text on both concrete and abstract topics. Additionally, you should be able to fluently interact without strain for either party.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with direct consumers in B2C environments, with B2B experience being a distinct advantage. They will also possess high attention to detail and follow-through, as well as be an effective team player who can work independently.
